Cardio with injured ankle
so tonight at Jazzercise I almost severly sprained my ankle, so I want to take it easy for the next day or so. However, I don't want to really give up cardio right now as I'm looking to lose more weight than gain muscle (biggest loser challenge at work). I just finished using my elliptical trainer and I used my HRM to calculate my calories. After 30 minutes the HRM said I had burned 166 calories (I'm about 166 lbs right now).
