Hi all...I'm pretty new to MFP, downloaded it on Friday, and am much more impressed with the database than the one I had while using Lose it!.
We are currently running a Biggest Loser type contest at work, and after the first week I am down 1.6lbs. I'm no where near the top of the contest...but I know I'm not "below the yellow line" either.
I managed to gain almost 20lbs from July to December. Luckily most people can't tell it was that much....it must have distributed itself well. I'm trying to get back to where I was but leaner than the old weight looked on me. I'm also on a medication which doesn't help me keep the weight off, so I need to work harder to counter act that side effect.
I currently do Jazzercise, plus work out at our gym at work, either on the treadmill or with our personal trainer (a work perk). I also try to do videos at home, but I dread the eliptical machine we have at home. How can I stop dreading it?
