Cardio with injured ankle

so tonight at Jazzercise I almost severly sprained my ankle, so I want to take it easy for the next day or so. However, I don't want to really give up cardio right now as I'm looking to lose more weight than gain muscle (biggest loser challenge at work). Is there any good cardio I can do without the possibility of hurting my ankle more?

Depending how bad your ankle hurts, the eliptical machine worked for me when I hurt mine.0

I used to do Jazzercise and loved it. I have to get back in shape to do it now. Anyway, what if you sat in a chair and do all the arms motions of Jazzercise and exaggerate it. Moving your arms around gets your heart pumping.
Oh....and sorry about your injury.0
