Changing goals?
I have been on the lose 1.5/week track for a few months now. I am about 15 pounds away from my goal and am wondering if I should change to lose 1/week instead. Will it matter in the future (when I am at maintenance) if I start eating more calories now?

Losing weight but not inches
Usually you see people asking why they are losing inches but not losing weight. I have been losing weight, but my measurements have stayed the same. So now I am worried that I am only losing water weight and that frustrates me. I have been doing p90x for almost 4 weeks and have stayed in my calorie limits. What gives?
