Fitbit Calorie Adjustment through MTP
I have been using MFP and my fitbit since January but it doesn't seem to be making any calorie adjustment for my steps since Friday. Anyone else having the same problem?

I am new to using fitbit one. I have linked it to my fitness pal and I have linked run keeper to my fitness pal. Everthing was ok now it is showing a negative adjustment for my fitbit activity. Why is that.? I have done over 11000 steps been to the gym and swimming but have a minus adjustment I am also under my calorie…

Woo Hoo Completed JM 30 Day Shred
Just completed the 30 day shred this morning and I am so proud of myself for sticking with it.....and it works. I lost 1/2 a stone and 5 inches.. Found inches hard to get an exact measurement it could be slightly more!!! it actually feels more when I put clothes on! Highly recommend giving it a go.

Weight Loss
i joined in the 3 weeks ago first week was a good weight loss of 4lb since then nothing!!!! Feeling a bit down. I'm sticking to my allowance and exercising daily. My net calories at the end of each week are under between 0-100 calories. Where am I going wrong. Should I stop eating any exercise calories I achieve??

Calories doing the same exercise
can anyone tell me if your calories should remain about the same each time you do an exercise/activity or as you get more used to it do you burn less calories. I'm referring to zumba.. Thanks

Went a bit mad!
can't believeI iate so much rubbish last night. I have been doing to well with my calories and exercising and then I Totally lost it last night and ate about 900 calories over my allowance. I so regret it.......

First Weigh In
and I've lost 3lb. Also lost 11/2" on hips and waist. So not to bad a start for me. I'm very pleased with results so far :happy:
