i joined in the 3 weeks ago first week was a good weight loss of 4lb since then nothing!!!! Feeling a bit down. I'm sticking to my allowance and exercising daily. My net calories at the end of each week are under between 0-100 calories. Where am I going wrong. Should I stop eating any exercise calories I achieve??

    dont worry you are just in a plateau which is your body getting used to less calories, or it could be water retention or muscle. but dont worry, just keep going the way you have and you will lose weight
