Valentines Meal
Please, please help I am cooking for me and my boyfriend of 3 months tomorrow for Valentines night but I have absolutely no idea what to cook, he's given me absolutely no ideas as to what he might like and the only thing he doesn't eat is liver. Any suggestion???!!!

Carbs, Fat and Protein..?
I am currently using the values set by MFP for my carbs, protein and fat. The protein seems really low and I go over most days. Does anyone use a different ratio that is working for them?

A small NSV but a victory none the less. Just set off to the shop intent on satisfying my hangover munchies with something naughty...I came back with chicken past salad, fruit and flavoured water which is actually less calories than I'd planned to have for my usual breakfast!

Should I use the calories burned through exercise?
I am currently exercising twice a week and so far I haven't used the calories that I have burned which leaves me with a deficit of over 400 kcal for the days that I work out. Should I use these calories? Will it affect my weight loss if I dont?
