Hi all

Does anyone know the best exercises for geting rid of back flab? Thanks

    My back boobs are just going away, have had them ALL MY LIFE.. I cut bad carbs out and the one exercise that really makes your back strong (you can really feel it working as you do it) is lay on your stomach, have a broom/towel/weighted bar in your hands(knuckles up grasping the bar) lift your straight arms up and your legs, hold for at least 30 seconds, work yourself up to a minute.. repeat about 4 times... trust me it is a lot harder then it sounds :bigsmile:

  • Just keep in mind that you can't really spot reduce on your body. When you lose fat, your body decides where to pull it from. Frustrating, right? The best thing to do is to stick with cardio and challenging weights. Aim for weightloss and when the fat does melt from your back, you can work on defining those muscles with weights. It's hard to do that until that layer of fat is gone. Good luck! Stick with it.
