confused
Am I supposed to follow the calorie intake that MFP allocates or the calorie intake according to my BMR? MFP has allocated me 1300calories but my BMR says 1335. An MFP friend was kind enough to point this out but now I'm confused as to which I am supposed to follow.

discouraged and depressed
I have been counting and logging every single morsel of food that has gone in my mouth since June 21st. I do 3.7 mph at a 10% incline on the treadmill 5 days a week and I have lost not one single pound. I'm crying as I type this because I just want to give up. protein

shoveling
I usually do 30 minutes of very brisk walking on the treadmill each night. However, given that I was lucky enough to come home to 6 inches of heavy wet snow covering my driveway, I shoveled instead. Do you think 45 minutes of shoveling constitutes exercise for today?

new here
Hi all, Today is my second day on this site. I am getting married in 3 months for a destination wedding and am hoping to shed 1o pounds (realistically) or 20 (would be fantastic). We are getting a treadmill tomorrow. Living in New England makes running/walking outdoors a challenge since we have 2 feet of snow on the ground…

Just Dance for Wii
Has anyone tried "Just Dance2" for Wii as part of their exercise regime? If so...has it helped? Is it a bit of a workout?
