How much protein should you get in one serving to help curb hunger? I have been eating a turkey sandwich, light yogurt, raw peapods, and water for lunch daily and I feel like I am starving by mid afternoon.

    Add some healthy fats to help you stay full longer.... avocado on the sandwich or snack on some almonds

    yes, you definitly need a mid afternoon snack. Like almonds or string cheese. The idea is to eat something BEFORE your ready to eat the fridge, LOL- a lesson I learned.:smile:

    just to clarify, the almonds aren't for a snack later... it's to eat with lunch!
