I normally work out 6 days a week and try to include 45 minutes to an hour in each of those workouts. Mmmmm Pizza!!!
Ok maybe 6 large slices was a little excessive, but it was so delicious! Glad to see one day off the wagon didn't hurt me in the slightest. It's nice to know you can have a bad day, and as long as you keep up with the exercise (I ran for an extra 20 minutes) and healthier eating choices.

Eating 6 times a day vs. 3 times
Is it really necessary to eat 6 small meals a day like some on here claim? I've ate 3 meals a day for my entire life and find it difficult to change my habits to 6 smaller meals.
