Cheat day...
today was my first cheat day since I started my "lifestyle change" on January 1. I'm went to outback for dinner and went over my 1200 calorie diet by 166 in calories and over in fat by 38 and over in protein by 36. What should I expect to see on the scale in the morning and how do I get rid of my guilt?

Toning on a Treadmill?
Is it safe to assume a person is toning their legs when running at an incline on a treadmill and toning their arms when running on a treadmill carrying weights? Thoughts?
