Calorie help
I'm 5'1 and have lost weight eating 1330 calories a day.I started at 138 and am now at 124.I want to up my calories to 1400 but wonder if I'll lose any more weight.Any women here that are the same height/ weight as me who've lost weight eating 1400-1500 a day?

Not even sure if I spelled it right..but wondering if anybody's tried it? Does it help you feel fuller? Also do you take it in pill form or loose powder and mix it with water and eat with a spoon??

Where do you exercise?
Just curious where everybody exercises.Gym, home, park? I really want to start walking 30 minutes everyday but my husband doesn't want me to do it in our neighborhood.I don't have tv so I can't pop in an exercise dvd and do it from home.I just feel trapped. So, where do y'all exercise?

Fell off bandwagon
