Stuck at a stand still!!!!
Hi My name is Ashley and I seem to be stuck i have been living a healthy lifestyle for about 3 1/2 Weeks i have lost 9 lbs but that is where it stops. I haven't been able to get the scale to go down any more. Please Help :)

Need help starting over
I've been trying to lose weight I need to lose over 60lbs and I'm overwhelmed. I try over and over but then fall off the wagon and don't get back on I lost 16lbs from a work weight loss challenge but then gain most of it back I need to change my life.. HELP!!
