Stuck at a stand still!!!!

Hi My name is Ashley and I seem to be stuck i have been living a healthy lifestyle for about 3 1/2 Weeks i have lost 9 lbs but that is where it stops. I haven't been able to get the scale to go down any more. Please Help :)

    You're doing great. Maybe change up your routine a little (different foods or a change in exercise routine). Just keep at it and don't worry too much about numbers.

    You've lost almost 3 pounds a week. That is actually really aggressive. Your body is probably playing catch up right now. Give it time.

    Your body will addapt to the workouts u subject it to. Changing your routine will keep your body guessing. U can change number of set, reps, or weight. Also u may find new workouts will keep u from getting board. Well keep up the good work u got this
