Using hunger as a gauge
So question. Over the past two weeks I have actively been working out, tracking my food and so on. I've thought of something though. When I am non stop hungry, is this a sign that I'm in calorie deficit? I would think yes, but I'm sure this is not an accurate way to tell.

I admit it, I'm getting frustrated. Since about last year, almost around this time, I have been stuck. I started my weight loss journey at 202 lbs on my 5'7 frame. I was unhealthy, unhappy and sick. How to modify my "required" calories here?
Hi, I recently went through a metabolic testing that actually showed I need to consume at least 1653 calories in order to lose weight. Here it shows I need to eat only 1200. (or thereabouts) Anyone have any advice how to adjust this here? Thanks!
