I would like to look more defined. I do a body pump class a couple of times a week and are up the highest weights I can lift. I also do spinning and running and I still dont look toned enough! Is there any foods that help? Or foods to avoid? Thanks guys xxx
I would like a more lean body! Some women at my gym look like they are so lean with very little body fat its so not fair as I am not overweight and I work out with weights and do cardio as I am aware you need to lose the fat to see the muscle. Any hints on how I could improve things?
