How do you get a more lean body?

I would like a more lean body! Some women at my gym look like they are so lean with very little body fat its so not fair as I am not overweight and I work out with weights and do cardio as I am aware you need to lose the fat to see the muscle. Any hints on how I could improve things?

you know how--you must lose the fat.
calorie deficit by eating less and working out
take it slow to preserve lean muscle
be patient
eat few refined carbs and fried foods
eat lots of whole grains, fruits, veggies, healthy fat, and lean protein

Just keep going, up the weights you are working with, do your cardio with weights or higher intensity, and eat clean.0

Everything Love said up there, plus the awareness that we're all our own worst critics, and acceptance that there's some things we can't change.
I'm medium height with a short torso, meaty thighs and wide hips. No amount of weight loss or fat loss is going to change my skeletal shape. I can be the best me, but I'm never going to be Heidi Klum.0 -

Can't see your diary, but my tips are:
- Eat clean
- Lift heavy
- Watch sugar
- Up your protein intake0
