New to MFP

Hey I am new to MFP and loving it already! I have been struggling to lose my last half a stone and have tried everything! Now I know exactly how many carbs, protein, cals I am allowed so I am hoping this will help me. My downfall is that I exercise quite a lot and then that makes me more hungry! I also used to eat a lot of fruit which on MFP they are a higher in cals and sugar than what I thought.

My only problem is today I am going out for lunch today and I dont know how to calaulate it all!

    Welcome! MFP is the place to be to lose weight. Friend request sent. The more friends the better I say!! As for lunch, don't worry about it. If it's a known eatery mostly likely the database has their foods in it. if not they have a list of generic items you can add individually. (sometimes lol) I work out a lot too and someone gave me the hint to increase my protein. Which I did and it helps. It will also help you feel fuller longer.
