How to get more lean muscles???

I would like to look more defined. I do a body pump class a couple of times a week and are up the highest weights I can lift. I also do spinning and running and I still dont look toned enough! Is there any foods that help? Or foods to avoid? Thanks guys xxx

    You get more lean muscle by lifting more(not just body pump, but weights outside of that class) and losing whatever fat is left through a calorie deficit.

    Pretty sure that there isn't any magic food that will help achieve this either.

    You need to implement a traditional weight lifting program, do a lean bulk ( eat above maint) eat 1 gram of protein for every lb. of body weight, and cut down on your cardio.

    U need todo a weight lifting program to get a more lean an toned look. Make sure to eat your protein. Foods to avoid, porossed foods, cheese, an dairy. Or at least cuz them
