Hello friends! I need some advice. I have a 3 hour physics class this summer that's goes from 11am-2pm. It takes ~20 minutes to drive to the school, so in actuality my class goes from 10:30am-2:30pm. Need some adivce about sugar
So what are some ideas to stop eating sugary foods? I seriously think I'm addicted. I get cravings throughout the day everyday.
