Pain Under Right Rib?

Hi all,
I've been hitting the gym the last couple months about 5-6 days a week. I'm quite athletic to start out with, just looking to tone up. I am new to running and was doing fine the first month and a half with lightly jogging a mile before every workout. However the past week or so, I've been having a crampy feeling beneath my right ribcage. I've been eating well and I have been getting about 80oz of water most days. I also do weights about 3 times a week.
Today I was walking and it started hurting after only a quarter mile. And that was just walking!
What's causing this pain and how do I get it to stop?
