I want to start running!
Hi everyone. I am currently walking briskly on my treadmill 5 days a week and circuit training 2 days a week. I am wanting to pick up the pace a little and make 3 of my days jogging/running days. Any ideas on a pace(mph) that I should start at?

what's a good meal replacement shake?
I am a waitress and rarely even get to take a break, let alone a lunch break! I was just wanting to get some ideas about a shake or something like that to take with me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is cutting grass considered as exercise?
I am still gonna walk on my treadmill, but I was wondering if i should be logging my grass cutting. I don't usually cut the grass, but my hubby is out of town. I am a waitress and i walked about 3 miles at work today. I'm just wanting to make sure i am as accurate as I can be when logging. Thanks for your input.
