I am wearing my vivofit bracelet. I am also on a 1200 cal per day diet. yesterday, I ate 1210 cals, and burned minimal. (slightly over 1400)....If I want to eat more cals in a day, what is the basic formula??? Should my vivofit say I burned 1700 cals??? Or should it be the same (1200)......

can I add my pedomitor steps?
According to my pedometer, I walked 4 miles today with just housework and general waling. This is about 313 Calories a t a very slow 2mph pace. Can I add this in? Thank you

Can someone explain this to me? If my BMR is 1400, what does this mean? If I wear a pedometer and it says I burned 300 cals throughout my normal day. I excersized on my bike for 260 cals. and I ate 1200. I am confused as to what the BMR means?? Thank you!!!

Ok, for example this is what my chart reads right now: Goal : 1200 Food - 733 - (what I ate today) I understand that Excersize - 334 (calories I burned) I understand this Calories remaining - 801 (I get this too!~ Net - 399 - I have no idea what this number means. What do I do with it as far as following it? Thanks bunches…

OMG!!!!LOST 1.6 pounds from yesterday!!!
I am so happy this morning!!! I lost almost 2 pounds since yesterday. I know it was my first day and all, but I had a 1200 cal allowance, and I ate almost 1600 calories, (but excersized 40 minutes on a spinning bike)...........I will do this!!! very motivated!

I am so excited to finally be on a program that is just plain "REAL"........I just read the wheat belly book, tried it for a while and lost nothing (gained 2 pounds).....It was unrealistic. I have been on atkins, and although it may sound great, I found myself eating too much cheese meat and eggs...again…
