ok. I'm stuck. Getting married in 8 weeks and have started putting weight on rather than maintaining it. So iv now changed my calorie intake and am after new fresh ideas to train and healthy food. I run regularly and train 5 times a week. I'm also gluten intolerant. Help please x
I'm working nights tonight and tomorrow and I do this every 10 days. Can I have more calories on these days. The first day I'm awake all day and night so I will probably eat all my day allocated plus more to keep me going all night through.
