    Hi there..
Getting married is a great step so I think you are putting on weight because of the "stress" of the whole thing (if I may express myself like that..)

It may not work for eveyone but it does for me - the LCHF way of life?

Good luck and thank you for reaching out! You WILL do this; we all know it..

So my household is primarily gluten free (two people have intolerances) your diary isnt public so I cant see your food choices. But focus on unprocessed foods (there are plenty of processed options for gluten free for those reading this) and as raw as possible prior to the wedding. this will reduce bloat and water retention even if you dont lose more, or much more. We also have alot of nut allergies, if you dont those are great, just avoid the salted ones.

Weddings are stressful! and if youre taste testing and making final decisions it can make it even worse and alot harder to track calories.

When I get stuck, I do a brown rice, vegetable and fruit cleanse. It is from a naturopath, and it works so well. I have lost 5 pounds each time, so a total of 15. The best part about it is there are no pills, no powders and no magic, just plain, simple, organic, clean eating. I will send you a message via MFP. I can't find the link for the website but I have the PDF. I'll just copy clip it into the message. Good luck! And congrats!
