HATE veggies & I don't know how to cook... HELP!
I eat wayyyy too many processed foods. looking/feeling larger after cardio?
whenever I'm at the gym, I always look in the mirror after my workout and I see myself as larger than I was before my workout. I look bloated/swollen. I also feel a little bigger, as well. is this normal, somewhat? or am I just being stupidly hard on myself?

hello! I'm curious to see what people have to say about this. is there an "ideal" time of day to exercise? my workout schedule varies often, from afternoon to very late in the evening. does it really matter WHEN you work out?
