850kcal deficit too much?
Ok everyone, MFP set me at 1200kcal net per day, which is an 850kcal deficit apparently. I eat back exercise calories. On days that I have significant workouts (400+ kcal burned), it's almost difficult to eat back the calories for me, but I admit that it's a little difficult on non-workout days to stay at 1200. What to do at a catered hors d'oeuvres event, help!
Any dirty tricks? The "special" events often get me in trouble, it's the whole "food=fun" thing. Party tonight and I want to go armed with a plan (please don't just say willpower, give me a strategy, way to think etc.). Also, I WILL be eating something, so don't just say eat nothing either!
