Half Marathon Training

Hi everyone, just finished my first 1/2 on the 10th (yay!) on the Jeff Galloway "to finish" program. I'm switching to the "2:00-2:30 time goal" based on my last finish time, and I'm trying to incorporate som fun XT to mix it up. Just wondering what you all have had luck with during Half Marathon/ Fat loss journeys. BTW, I'm more interested in fat loss than time and will continue to adjust accordingly. I'm set at 1200 and eating back exercise calories for the most part. 60 lbs to go as I just hit ONEderland today!

Any one else doing Jeff Galloway's program? Anyone doing others that they like, I'm all about trying new ones and seeing what works best for me, and suggestions are welcome!
