what is the minimum amount one must consume in order to shed pounds? i have a bad habit of eating stuff with sodium. :frown:

i think im going into starvation mode
for the past 2 hours i've been REALLY hungry. i tried eating some crackers and drank 2 bottles of water and im still HUNGRY. :grumble: what can i do to solve this? :cry:

do you workout before
eatting in the morning to make it easier to count calories or after? just wondering cause im having quite a difficult time eating back my calories i have lost during exercise =(

okay, this will probably be a dumb question, but im gonna ask anyway. it's telling me that i need to consume 1500 cals. i think that is wayyyyyy too high. i've only been doing this for two days and i've only been eating 1200 each day. am i doing this wrong? cause i really wanna lose weight. :(

too much water cause i've drank about 5 16.9 oz bottles of water. do you think im over doing it? idk i just love drinking water!

what do you guys consider too early too eat/too late to eat? i've heard eating too early results in weight gain

hey everybody. im 21 years old living in ft lauderdale, florida. im hoping this site will help me get started to get healthy and in shape. my only problem is the food. don't really know what to eat. have so many calories to consume and im afraid i'll consume bad food. any tips? would be greatly appreciated
