I used the calorie counter, kept my vitamins, etc. in proper balance, and used other aspects of the program to track my exercise and such. I reached my goals through proper diet alone. Where are poly and mono unsaturated fats?
I cut back on my saturated fat, but I'm still not getting much of the good fats (poly unsaturated and mono unsaturated). Some days, I don't get any of either. Where can I get these wonderful fats? Thank you for your help. =)

People, this is easy. Just get a smartphone and a laptop and record your stuff. Make sure your nutrients are in an acceptable range and make sure you record everything you eat.
