What to do when you dont know how many calories a meal was?
I went out to a restaurant and I got a meal (sausage, mash & peas) but I dont know the calorie content which is really annoying me. The meal sounds very high in calories so i dont know what to do ahhh I cant ask the chef because I wont be going back so what should I do? (In terms of adding what I ate to my food diary too)

If i eat the calories I burn will I not loose weight?
Yesterday I kinda ate the calories that I burnt (which wasn't the plan) :s But i was wondering if I did that everyday would I just maintain my current weight or still loose weight? My calorie intake is around 1500 And I only burn around 300-400 calories daily
