Ohh i wish it did have that sort of positive effect on me but yes I went to the doctors and he said that he thought I had IBS but i think its a mixture of that and lactose intolerence as any dairy products dont really sit well with me And ohh i'll definetly give it a try one week and see if i get any issues, if not i can…

I do agree, i'm in a quite stressful year so I do need to find some techniques to reduce it & that is very helpful, thank you i'll try eating smaller portions and see if it has a better effect

Ohh that sounds not to bad then :o but ive never tried lifting as im currently only doing aerobics. should i try aerobics and lifting combined?

ahh well i can be a bit more optimistic now, thank you :) and i only do aerobics at the moment with a calorie controlled diet so i guess this isnt the best way?

Ohh well thats a relieve. but would lifting make me gain muscle? because i have a lot of fat to loose so should i do lifting after goal weight loss or during?
