Struggling to stay on track of diet/exercise

  • You probably need to push your self a bit more. I had stopped loosing weight for about 2 months I did not loose a single pound but did not gain either. Until I started pushing my self (ex. running 15min) now I am running 45 min.) I had to push my self to burn the fat. Now I lost 11 pounds in about a month. I recently started using my calorie counter again to hit my goal of 170lb am at 219lbs and had started at 230lbs.


    DONT GIVE UP JUST TAKES A LITTLE EXTRA PUSH TO WHAT YOU ARE ALREADY CAPABLE OF.

    take a good look at why you failed before and go ahead and make plans to counter act those problems before they start- easier to succeed with a strong plan

    that is true, it is usually stress that makes me overeat and go off my diet
