Plenty of exercise = hunger = no weight loss
As the topic title says, I have been going to the gym and aqua fit, but I am finding that I get so tired and hungry that my weight has gone up a few lb, no loss so far, after nearly 4 weeks of going! Any tips as it is really getting me down. I have around 150+ lb to lose to get to a healthy weight. :sad:

Protein
I have started tracking protein, and I have been doing a nutrition course which says to have an amount of protein each meal, but I end up going over my allowance, are any meats etc that are lower in protein? how much does it matter if I go over my allowance?

Emotional eating help
Hi all, I am , yet again, starting out on my weight loss journey again, my main vice is boredom and emotional eating, If I get sad, or bored, I tend to just eat, had anyone got any realistic tips for me please. Thanks.
