Washing the car
I was wondering how many people add car wash under your exercise totals. I just finished washing washing my truck while wearing my hrm and was surprised to see it come out as 325 calories burned in 1 hour. Should I add this or just know that I have some extra calories at the end of the day.

Pedometers?
I am new to the site and in the 6 days since I joined I have found some really good info. I will be tracking everything that I eat and my exercise. I weighed in yesterday and in 5 days lost just over 2 pounds. I have bought a small pedometer to track my steps, and I have been wondering how to log my steps/km walked using…
