How would I weigh ribs

Morning everyone, I am cooking pork back ribs for dinner tonight and wanted to know the best way to measure how much I am eating. The food diary here has it at 100 g for 200 calories. Would that be off the bone?

Weigh them after cooking before you eat them. Weigh the bones after you are done eating, do a little math and you got the meat part of the meal. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
The weights are off the bone.
Go here and find the right answer based on the type of meat:

i just looked on there also. Several of the options, are for the number of ribs that you are having. Put in pork, ribs. Try that.0
