3rd Shift

I was wondering if anyone else works the midnight shift. I work it full time and last night was my first day back since joining MFP. I was wondering what the best way to trck my food would be. I was thinking anything in a 24 hour block, but that would put me sleeping 6-7 hours in the middle. My usual routine for Sundays are to get up around 8am, take my son to hockey and then spend the rest of the day with the family. I try to sleep from about 7-10:30 and then head to work.

Any ideas for tracking my food would be welcomed. Thanks.

    I work the third shift also and I just started back up on MFP. I work four ten hour shifts and usually go to work about 10pm. I've taken the meal listings off of my diary and I just list what I eat from midnight to midnight. You can do this in the settings area. It's a hard shift to work and eat healthy- but we can do it!
