So how about having recipes for low cal and good for you food that doesn't involve such high cost ingredients? Any suggestions?
Today I went over my fat intake by 8 but I still did not meet my caloric intake by 690. I still got the message about needing to increase my calories during the day. Do I need to change something? My fat intake today was not trans fats or saturated fats. So I'm not sure how to consider today's food diary. Any advice?
I am wondering if fresh beef has a different nutritional value than what is bought at a grocer's or market.
