St. Patricks Day Road Race
I have decided to run in the road race in my home town this St. Patricks day! It is a 10k, and I am not in running shape at all so I started "training" last night! I am starting off with the C25K program and when that is complete I will start adding mileage on to my runs. I have 169 days left to prepare! Wish me luck!
