I clean houses and usually burn about 220 calories an hour. Should I be adding thesse into my calories burnned log or should I simply ignore these burned calories as part of my daily routine?
MFP put me down for 1300 calories a day. I usually work out most days and burn between 400-500 calories. I usually close off my day around 200 calories under my goal. So, shouldn't I at least loose 1 pound this week? Why hasn't the scale budged??
