Enough Calories?
I have a house cleaning business and clean around 5 hours a day without stopping, then I come home and walk my dog, run or whatever and I keep active cleaning my house until around 7 when I crash. On my settings, I listed that I was active and they gave me 1230 calories to eat. However, just playing with it, I changed my…
counting calories burned on job
I clean houses and usually burn about 220 calories an hour. Should I be adding thesse into my calories burnned log or should I simply ignore these burned calories as part of my daily routine?
Any sugestions??
MFP put me down for 1300 calories a day. I usually work out most days and burn between 400-500 calories. I usually close off my day around 200 calories under my goal. So, shouldn't I at least loose 1 pound this week? Why hasn't the scale budged??
