Enough Calories?

I have a house cleaning business and clean around 5 hours a day without stopping, then I come home and walk my dog, run or whatever and I keep active cleaning my house until around 7 when I crash. On my settings, I listed that I was active and they gave me 1230 calories to eat. However, just playing with it, I changed my settings to sedentary and then I only got 1200 calories. So by cleaning all day I only get 30 more, I know I burn around 200 calories an hour cleaning. Does this seem like enough? (this isn't counting my excercise calories).
