confused about BMR and eating exercise calories
hi i am 4ft 11 and 134.4 pounds.joined MFP recently. i read here about eating more than BMR and less than TDEE. My BMR is1394 and i exercise and burn upto 300-450 calories a day.so should i be eating 1394+300 calories?MFP puts me in a 1200 range.so is it 1200+the exercise calories burned or BMR+the exercise calories burned?
