amazing results!!!if you dont mind sharing could please tell me how much it cost to hire a PT..i am seriously thinking about weight lifting and i was wondering how much it would cost to have a PT for a month or two.seeing your results i think it would be definitely worth it.

i am 4ft 11.my starting weight was 135 and goal weight is 115.once i get to my goal weight i will decide whether i want to lose more based on how i look.i think i might be happy at 110.

I am not saying that running or hitting the gym is bad.At times he is bored doing the same thing over and over again.I am just thinking he can just mix it up a little bit with some workout dvds on days he cant make it to the gym or on days he doesnt feel like going for a run.

my favourite is avocado shake.blend together half of a ripe avocado with a dash of vanilla and one cup of almond milk or whole milk and add any kind o sweetner.
