Carb counting
I've come into dieting by just focusing on my calorie intake. Should I be counting my carbs as well? I tend to find that I can be a few over pretty much every day but is that going to hamper my dieting? Confused!

Urgent chinese takeaway help!!
I'm having a chinese for the first time since I started dieting, so I'm struggling a bit with finding things that aren't tooooo bad to eat! Boiled rice instead of fried and vegetable mini rolls, but then I'm completely stuck on a main! I need help urgently as we're ordering soon!!

Quick question about water intake
Does it matter when you drink your daily recommended water? I tend to find I drink a glass or 2 in the morning, then a few cups of tea, and 4 glasses in the evening. Should you try to distribute water intake evenly throughout the day, or does it not matter at all as long as you're getting it in? Very interested to see…
