activity level fluctuation
Hey everyone, my activity level is set to lightly active because I am mostly on my feet on work days. But not on weekends. Does the kcal allowance take this into account or should I subtract the ca. 200 kcal that I am burning less on weekends from my daily allowance?

Yummy ice cream with 14g protein and only 74 kcal
Just came up the with super yummy recipe and wanted to share. For a batch of of 4: mix two scoops of protein powder (I used strawberry flavour) with ca 100 ml water and 150 g yoghurt and sweetener. favourite super healthy dessert :D
My favourite super-fast and super healthy desert: banana-chocolate ice cream. Peel bananas and cut them into pieces. freeze. when you want the ice cream, place into blender with some water and cocoa powder. blend. done! super healthy and only about 120 kcal per portion. Enjoy!!!

Eating back exercise calories
Hey, I just got started on the website and people are talking a lot about not eating back exercise calories. My current daily calorie goal is 1200.
