Six Week Six pack Level 2
What can I say except OMG - I can't do it.... my knees aren't the best and this is definitely more tasking on the legs. Should I continue with it but at my own speed concentrating on good form or should I continue Level 1? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Day 4 30 Day Shred and I am aching so much
How on earth can you go 30 days without a rest. I know I am at a reasonable weight and fitness level but seriously my body feels like its been hit by a bus. I only have a few pounds to shift but already feel like i need a days break to recover! Good luck to all those who try.
