30 day shred in 15 days?
Is it possible? Morning and evenings? I plan to start with April 1 but between April 1 and April 17 I'll have a lot of free time to do as I please and I really want to kick my butt into gear and probably won't actually finish the 30 in 17 but I think it would be a good start. Comments, suggestions anyone?

I've been doing yoga for a month and have noticed slight change in my body. The bloating has subsided and I have also noticed I don't want sweets or sodas as much as I use to.
