9 pounds in one week..help me?
ok..in 1 week i gained 9 pounds. bLAH. i was not binging but eating whatever i wanted when it was lunch/dinner time. how much of that could be from sodium and water? how quickly can i lose that? is anyone else dealing with these unhealthy diets? its like something triggered in my mind and i cant control myself. chewing and spitting just started and its not to extreme but i feel like it could be. i just want to lose weight.
