Sit ups. . . .

How are we supposed to know how many cals we burun with sit ups? I do a array of 5 or 6 styles of push ups how are we supposed to know the correct calories..also its not like you x about of minutes straight of pushs so how do we enter this? any suggestions what do you do?

I had just asked this question about crunches on my status hoping one of my friends would know. I'm wondering if it should just be added at strength training and not so much as calories burned.0

It's helpful. Also, under the cardio section there is something called "Calisthenics" which is basically just meaning sit ups and push ups. I usually just do an average overall time amount that it took me to do them all. Then you at least have an idea.0 -
HRM.. but if you only do like 10mins of strength exercises.. I just wouldn't track it honestly..0
